Lena Wrożyńska at the very first Salon
of Poetry |
The Salon of Poetry
in Seattle (Salon
Poezji w Seattle) was established by Ms. Lena Wrozynska in June
2005. It was inspired by a similar, very popular project that was
initiated in Poland by Anna Dymna, a well-known Polish actress.
The
monthly poetry readings of the Salon of Poetry in Seattle take place at the
Polish Home located on Capitol Hill in Seattle. Every performance
features works by a different poet (or poets) and is enriched by live
classical music.
